I wonder if anyone has come across a source for replacement flame safety lamp glass chimneys? I have lamps with chimneys either missing or cracked, and would like to restore the lamps.

Wolf probably has them for their lamps, Protector are still in business, I'm sure I posted a link to them in the links section of this site, the Welsh company is no longer in business, I'm sure they had a factory fire and never bothered after that. Post what makes and maybe either myself or one of the other members will point you in the right direction. Oh, welcome to the site, stacks of info on here regarding flame safety lamps.

Aye, bloke called Maurice Dawson...known him for years...a retired buisnessman with some connection to "Woodhorn Colliery" in the northeast. He's put quite a bit of legwork into organising some of these parts. Some are newly produced, made to original patterns, others are original old-stock. For what you get, prices are reasonable too (absolutely no connection). He's a fellow lamp collector, who has combined this with his hobby. So yeah, the OP will find what he needs here...
