We had a Coal Miner fatality 7-25-06. Forty four year old bolter operator. He was pinning top on a newly developed longwall panel when he was struck by a piece of draw rock. His brother was running the other side of the roof bolter. This was in Consol Energy's Buckhannon #1 mine in Buckhannon county VA. For those of you all that do not know this is the gassiest mine in North America. It is in the Pocahontas #3 seam. Keep them in your prayers.
