Well, I've read it and now, I've passed it on to my granddaughter for a condensed translation and explanation as to any alteration of my legal liability and to explain to me in Collier's English if I owe anybody any money, or not. (can I say that?)

That's OK then, after being away from t'owd country fer over 30 years, one fergets these fings. Seems laws are tightening up on forum sites and PB just wants to make sure they are under no threat from either lawsuits or being sued. Basically, no pornography, no offensive remarks, no racism, no advertising, no offensive sexual remarks and a few other things. I'm ultimately responsible to remove such when told there is any. The only problems we've had were Chinese who joined for the sole purpose of commercial advertising, so now anyone registering from a Chinese IP address is barred. Shame really as there could well be one or two genuine Chinese who could contribute to this site. |
