High Performance North Seeking MEMS Gyroscope
The full name of MEMS gyroscopes are microelectromechanical system gyroscope. It is a motion sensor that detects and measures the angular movement of objects. It is different from traditional gyroscopes. MEMS gyros use a vibrating structure and the principle is based on the Coriolis force.
MEMS gyros are used in a wide range of applications, such as oil logging, aerospace and drones, mining, surveying, etc. We will analyze the applications of MEMS gyroscopes in these fields below．
1.Oil logging
MEMS gyroscopes are mainly found in oil exploration pipes and provide pointing, steering and guidance in drilling equipment. North-seeking MEMS gyros are often used.
