Hi I have moved from the Uk to USA and then to Australia. Somewhere in that process I have lost my Managers Ticket. Any idea where I may be able to get a replacement?

Is the Mines Qualification Board (MQB) still in existence?? Looks as though the MQB has been 'absorbed' by the HSE; "The Mining Qualifications Board was subsequently transferred in turn to the Ministry of Technology in 1969, to the Department of Trade and Industry in 1970, to the Department of Energy in 1974, and became one of the component branches of the newly-formed Health and Safety Executive in 1975"
