Derbyshire County Twinned with Shanxi Province

I nominate Swadlincote twin with Datong, they have quite a bit in common, quite a few people in Swad have bicycles and almost everyone in Datong has one as well.
Good luck to both regions in this twinning exercise, just hope that the Swadlincote councillor's "fact finding jaunts" to Datong are made in December in order to get a real taste of the place.
