Walter Energy, Inc. (NYSE: WLT) (TSX: WLT) has reached an agreement in principle with the Alabama State Port Authority to sell both the Blue Creek Terminal located in the Port of Mobile and an additional parcel of more than 60 acres located less than a mile from the Blue Creek Terminal.
