Interesting Daz..
I was aware all the ABC agencies made rules as they went along without government oversight, which needs changing, as it really violates the Constitution, only the representatives are allowed to make law and vote on it.
This is where we were lucky, our Inspectorate were usually very professional, qualified and had many years of experience and only worked with the law, which was passed by our representatives in Parliament.
Have a look at how to become a MSHA mines Inspector, it's a joke!!

Like I said in an earlier post Daz, it makes a bloke wonder who is telling the truth... I did look it up, and there's a blow by blow account on Wiki, although I don't hold what Wiki posts as 100% gospel in any subject.. The fines were horrendous!! But probably NOT high enough, and I see the FBI are investigating a few people, so it's not all over yet.
