Probably true tygwyn, although the Dutch, Russians, Germans, Samsung (15% share promise) and one other South Korean business (£1.6b input promise) have all been there, not to mention £164m EU funding, there's only TATA and the big 'C' left to make a bid, the Yanks probably couldn't afford it just now:) |

Maybe we could bring up the funding issue over with them finance people on the other side,they know nothing else,lol.
